The Institute for Effective Education

The Institute for Effective Education (IEE) is an independent charity working to improve education for all children by promoting the use of evidence in education policy and practice.

We have a new website and a new role

Our new website and refreshed visual identity signifies a new chapter for the IEE. We are still based at the University of York, but as an independent charity, we are now focused on improving teaching and learning for all children by working closely with schools to support the development and use of effective and efficient approaches.

We are now accepting applications for the next round of Innovation Evaluation grants. More information on how to apply can be found here.

The deadline for applications is 17:00 on Friday 2 March 2018.
